Gravity Risk Consultants aims to level the playing field of this “old boys club” and views empowerment as a cornerstone to a successful 21st century enterprise, we have therefore as an organization taken it upon ourselves to tailor an empowerment pathway that will provide a launching pad for women who have aspirations of playing a role in the security sector by providing them with relevant all grade training with additional on the Job training which will ensure that we adhere to the spirit of the employment equity act.
